What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate member support over the phone during lawful self-defense incidents
- Advocate for members and guide them through complex situations, ensuring their needs are met
- Prepare incident reports and maintain detailed records of member interactions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve member issues
- Engage effectively with attorneys and ensure clear communication throughout the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior work history in customer service and/or sales, particularly with sensitive information
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
- Strong empathetic listening skills, with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing complex, confidential, and sensitive information by phone
- Proficiency in navigating G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other web-based platforms
- Ability to resolve challenges efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Experience working independently and as part of a team to meet goals
