What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide commissioning oversight for electrical systems, ensuring compliance and tracking defects
- Develop and conduct commissioning procedures for infrastructure projects at operational data centers
- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess electrical system integrity and maintain a risk register
- Collaborate with various teams to align standards and improve readiness playbooks
- Document design changes and ensure readiness gaps are addressed before turnover
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, pharma, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, and electrical safety practices
- Hands-on experience with FAT/SAT/IST processes and closing punch lists
- Strong documentation skills and stakeholder communication abilities
- Experience with CMMS, DCIM/EPMS/BMS integrations, and incident/RCA processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- PMP, NETA certification, or PE preferred
