What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and optimize CRM systems by establishing business requirements and implementing efficient processes
- Analyze data to identify trends that inform business decisions
- Develop and implement customer segmentation and sales campaigns based on various data sources
- Manage lead distribution and develop multi-channel campaigns within clients' CRM systems
- Lead client communications, project updates, and train end users on CRM capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM Administration
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM; Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Ticketmaster ARCHTICS ticketing system
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry
- Previous experience in data analysis and customer segmentation
- Knowledge of email marketing and online advertising strategies
- Skills in project management and client relations
