      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance admissions and enrollment processes
      - Ensure the effective utilization of the CRM/CAS system to support student recruitment efforts
      - Collaborate with faculty and staff to streamline application processing
      - Develop and monitor the details of technology-related programs in the admissions process
      - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while administering technology-related tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education and/or college admissions
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
      - Knowledge of admissions processes and higher education enrollment strategies
      - Experience with student information systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
      - Well-organized with efficient time management abilities
      - Demonstrated management and leadership skills
