      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
      - Perform checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems post sign-off and support implants of all CRM products
      - Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and solutions
      - Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics and identify customer needs and opportunities
      - Maintain software on programmers and assist with managing daily coverage logistics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields; or Associate's Degree plus 4 years; or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years
      - Strong understanding of complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory, with a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications such as SalesForce.com
      - Strong work ethic and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven experience in meeting vendor credentialing requirements
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
