What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for multiple venues
- Build A/B tests and formulate lead generation strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain and enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies for various shows and events
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to provide insights for future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or sports-related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar email service provider
- Familiarity with GA4 and email performance reporting tools
- Passion for sports and/or event marketing
