What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily inventory strategies and coordinate with internal and external partners
- Support the repositioning of inventory for emergent case needs and resolve inventory accuracy issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure optimal product availability for patient and customer experiences
- Educate customers on inventory management processes and maintain effective relationships with supply chain teams
- Provide regular on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Interest in advancing to clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
