What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute US Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field inventory strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies and ensure product availability
- Manage account consignment inventory, including monitoring levels and conducting cycle counts
- Support product launches by coordinating phase-in and phase-out activities
- Provide on-call support for critical business needs, including evenings and weekends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Interest in transitioning to a clinical field-based role such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Salesforce, and mStar
- Six Sigma Yellow, Green, or Black Belt Certification
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
