Position Summary
The Regina Open Door Society is seeking an individual to undertake a search for, development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system that meets the requirements of the organization. Working with the Executive Director and the CRM Committee, the successful candidate will conduct an internal needs/requirements assessment, develop parameters for a vendor search, undertake a search and solicit vendor proposals, as well as lead the development and implementation of the chosen platform.

Delegated Authority
This position is at a Manager Level and will oversee the CRM search/early implementation budget subject to the authorization of the Executive Director.
Salary Level/Classification
The classification for this position is Manager at Step 1. The annual salary for this position starts at 74,817.38 and $35.97 /hour.
Working Conditions and Application Instructions
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive employees and public contact and frequent interruptions. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting.
*Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one-hour unpaid lunch break and one Scheduled Day off (SDO) every month. All positions at RODS require a clean criminal record check. There is a cost shared benefits package and 3% pension contribution available to the employee with a successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
