What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the transition from current CRM systems to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and efficient implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the CRM migration process and post-implementation
- Maintain and optimize CRM processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Create and maintain CRM user manuals, training resources, and knowledge bases
- Conduct training sessions for employees on CRM functionalities and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
