  Cross Functional Lead – Hardware Asset Management (Pro) Cross Functional Lead will lead all aspects of IT Hardware Asset Management and is responsible for the strategic management of technology-related hardware within the organization including planning, monitoring, and recording hardware assets to ensure compliance. The individual will assist in forming procurement strategies and will develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout the lifecycle. The primary function of this role is to understand the current process of hardware inventory of IT serialized equipment (computers, tablets, servers, telecom, mainframe, midrange, storage, scanners, mobile device, point of sales etc.). In this role, you will interact with all levels of the IT organization and key business areas to manage the asset inventory in the most cost-effective way including but not limited to asset life cycle, Procurement, Compliance, Global Security, IT Renewals, Purchasing Operations, and IT Infrastructure teams. 1. Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets by implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro 2. Formulate and implement processes, procedures and systems for tracking and analyzing hardware from requisition through retirement. 3. Assist with Hardware Asset Management audits 5. Establish metrics and reporting. Understanding of follow below processes and able to define for customer - Asset request and fulfillment process (including new hire onboarding) Asset IMAC Process Stock requisition process – Maintain stock rules Contract Management process – In pertain to hardware asset management Hardware Model management process – Defining the model structure and Asset-CI relationship, Consumable model management, Multiple assets owning policy. Asset depreciation rules (Hardware Product model) – Configure ServiceNow out of the box Depreciation method - e.g., used Straight Line Asset refresh and RMA process Asset Deployment process Asset receive process Asset End of Life process Required Qualifications 8+ Years of Asset Management Experience - Subject Matter Expert of Hardware Asset Management Practices Understanding of Hardware asset management life cycle, Inventory Management, Contract and vendor, Finance and Procurement (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets, sourcing) Experience in defining the IT Asset Management process , Understanding the customer process and provide recommendations Proficient in the use of ServiceNow as well as Excel. At least 1 ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation Experience 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more working with major hardware vendors (IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Certified Hardware Asset Manager certification Certified IT Asset Management certification Certified Software Asset Management certification Has a collaborative approach to team work Demonstrated ability to use structured problem solving and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, create action plans, assess impact, and develop resolution options. Education Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience ITIL Cross Functional Service Management
