What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, source, and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in Web3, including DAOs and crypto infrastructure
- Attend crypto conferences and hackathons to source new projects and understand emerging trends
- Conduct detailed due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation on new investments to support and monitor portfolio companies
- Produce and synthesize institutional-quality research reports for various platforms, including Token Metrics TV and YouTube
- Arrange quarterly AMA sessions or podcasts to provide updates on portfolio investments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or computer science
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and confident presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate new ideas and data
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, particularly DAOs and Web3
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

- Passion for the crypto-asset industry and a proactive attitude towards upskilling in the crypto space
- Experience or understanding of market sizes, barriers to entry, and business model defensibility
- Self-organized and comfortable in a remote-first work environment
