Job Description

- Ensure the market-appropriate quality of our products.
- Enable our editorial and product portfolio teams to focus on product innovation.
- Following set process, onboard supplier resources to Pearson systems to ensure business continuity per defined process.
- Following set process, support supplier resources, in the case of issues around onboarding, offboarding, extension, reactivation etc.
- Provide support for GPC back-end reporting of Contract Fidelity
- Provide support for invoice and PO cadence
- Provide back-end financial reporting of Vendor Master Data Tracker
- Validate data as provided by CSC vendors, in relation to, e.g., CSAT survey completion, escalation responses, invoicing, PO compliance, KPIs, delivery, spend, demand.
- Track process compliance according to set process, e.g. CSAT, escalation, delivery dashboard, PO raising, delivery status, rate card, report submission.
- Support with document management, e.g. saving copies of SOPs into vendor SharePoint folders
- Implement changes to documentation as guided, e.g. SOPs, templates, forms, sheets.
- Set up Teams calls, including liaising with team members and vendor teams to assess availability
- Liaise with vendors to obtain data ahead of governance calls or other meetings
- Circulating comms / documentation on behalf of management team
- Provide other meeting cadence support as required
- Other ad hoc tasks as instructed by any member of the CSC team
- Ability to understand complex instructions from multiple stakeholders
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can work within a team as well as independently
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experience in either a content services, delivery, or operations role
- Good MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PPT skills

The Content Services Centre
Pearson has created a Content Services Centre (CSC) in order to:
The CSC comprises a range of vendors, mainly offshore, based in India. These strategic outsourcing partners work closely with Pearson to deliver content services for all teams across global markets. In its target state, by 2022, the CSC is anticipated to reach a population of c. 2500 to 3000 vendor resources, accounting for $120M spend.
The CSC is a centre of excellence that services the global Pearson business. Structurally, it reports into Higher Education, along with other central centres of excellence, such as Rights & Permissions.
Responsibilities
The CSC Administrator will carry out a broad range of tasks across the whole CSC team. They will liaise with the CSC team, CSC vendors, and the business. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:Required experience and competencies
Note: The team is based across multiple locations, including India, UK, and both East and West Cost US. Therefore, flexibility to provide support and join calls with stakeholders in the IST evenings is needed. We offer flexibility around working from home, in such cases.
