      The Citi Solution Center (CSC) Site lead coordinates and manages all site-related activities and events. This role will report into the NAM Cluster CSC Network Lead and will provide direct support to the site head and collaborate with site businesses and site leadership teams. The network site lead also shares best practices with other global CSC sites and implements programs in the Gray location. This includes managing ad-hoc projects, town halls, employee engagement programs, presentations, reporting, and site culture initiatives.

      The ideal candidate will be highly client-focused, possess high energy, be an "outside-the-box" thinker, and have a proven track record of strong influencing skills and commitment to achieving results. They will be self-motivated, able to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and possess strong customer service and relationship management skills with senior leaders and partners.

      Responsibilities:

      • Direct support to the CSC site head and site leadership team to drive execution of the site and CSC network strategy

      • Collaborate with the site head to define and implement site initiatives to improve employee engagement

      • Coordinate and ensure the efficient operation of the site as the execution arm of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), including monthly leadership and engagement activities

      • Work with partners in RES, HR, and CTI to ensure the site is well run and issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner

      • Work with community partners and universities to provide support and help organize Citi events

      • Present key metrics and insights to senior site leaders, lead /facilitate employee advisory groups

      • Implement and drive new programs and practices, ensuring alignment with strategic CSC initiatives

      • Ensure all businesses and functions have consistent practices and policies related to employee engagement and talent management

      • Partner with HR to implement and coordinate Talent programs within the CSC

      • Collaborate with business heads to host and organize executive leader visits to the CSC

      • Act as the CSC on-site liaison for engagement networks

      • Manage and organize CSC events, including quarterly employee recognition and engagement events (i.e., global Network Employee Appreciation)

      • Lead and coordinate VOE strategy initiatives

      • Monitor relevant site metrics and launch programs to reduce attrition

      • Work with site SLT to address employee pain points

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting/ finance/ business administration/ project management, or equivalent experience

      • Experience: Project management and financial services background preferred; 7-10 years of proven experience in operations management, project management, talent management, and/or development (shared services experience a plus)

      • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders is preferred


      Competencies:

      • Strong experience managing business operations, events, and/or programs

      • Experience in community relations and partnering with key external stakeholders

      • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing deadlines and schedules
