      Description

      Summary

      Responsibilities include providing customer service to customers and vendors, handling and processing the sales and renewal support tasks for the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) department and learning and processing of TPA Administration (HRA, FSA, & HSA), and customer resolution.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

      Administers customer service for TPA services and customers including standard HRA, FSA and HSA administration.

      Learns the processing systems.

      Mails various customer claims import documents.

      Assists with new sales and renewal support.

      Other Skills and Abilities

      Good written and customer service skills.

      Ability to perform confidential administrative duties.

      Ability to multi-task and manage many different projects at one time.

      Ability to work independently at times.

      Speaks English and communicates fluently in English.

      In addition to basic addition, subtraction, etc., also must be able to calculate and understand fractions and percentages.

      Problem solving and analytics skills are important to position.

      Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.

      Must demonstrate the ability to learn multiple systems.

      Qualifications

      High School Diploma or GED required.

      TPA and Sales experience preferred.

      Minimum of 2 years Healthcare related experience, preferred.
