      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately perform data entry of patient enrollment forms and other related documents
      - Conduct outbound phone calls to healthcare providers or patients to retrieve missing information
      - Assist in gathering necessary information to process program enrollment forms
      - Multi-task effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
      - Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - Previous work experience in healthcare or customer service
      - Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
      - Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
      - Dependable work ethic and ability to implement feedback and coaching

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
      - Strong customer service skills demonstrated in various settings
