What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for vehicle owners, addressing warranty coverage, repairs, and dealership issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening and responding with effective solutions
- Help reduce customer stress and enhance their experience through empathetic communication
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Canada
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of working experience in the customer service field
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Teams, and Microsoft Windows
- Experience with navigation tools like Google Maps
- Demonstrated problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability
