Purpose of the job
Support the PwC India Foundation (PwCIF) team in programme/ project planning, ensuring the
implementation of the project which includes monitoring the milestones of the project, visits to
project sites and supporting operations role for PwC India Foundation
1. Central Projects – provide on ground support to implement initiatives and projects, garner active
participation from employees in
employee engagement initiatives.
2. Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Service teams to close all financial and
procurement needs.
3. Risk Management in proposed association with NGOs through the process of Due Diligence-
Ensure to identify the probable risk associated with the proposed association with NGOs by
conducting a Due Diligence.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all the documents received by the NGOs.
4. Anchoring Trustee Meeting-Preparing presentation for a monthly Trustee Meeting &
recording minutes of meetings in a
specified format.
5. Legal Documents Execution
To execute Grant Agreements for approved projects by the Board of Trustees.
6. To handle complete payment cycle for Grant related and operational Payments
To ensure timely disbursement of Grant payments to NGOs as per agreed terms and conditions as
per Grant Agreements.
To ensure compliance of payments as per CSR law and ensure accuracy in fund management.
7. Consolidation and Management of Documentation
To maintain record of physical set of legal documents & to ensure the accuracy and
completeness of the same.
8. Assist the team in conducting research, plan and expand the activities by identifying opportunities
within the thrust areas.

Should have knowledge about CR space and social sector and should have worked on programme
