Daily review of repair orders for accuracy and completeness.

Address and resolve discrepancies before finalizing invoices for customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and issues.

Implement effective strategies to resolve conflicts in a timely and satisfactory manner. o Work with multiple departments to strategize conflict resolution

Network and collaborate with multiple maintenance shops to fulfill customer needs. o Ensure that shops within the region work cohesively to provide top-tier service.

Support ongoing process improvements and strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Monitor KPI’s and report on progress and challenges.
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or maintenance industry.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and correcting repair orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align operational strategies with business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational support across our QRS network of repair facilities, aligned to a specific customer base and/or geographic region.
This is a hybrid role that combines customer-facing communication with operational support. In this role you will handle day-to-day service updates, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while also reviewing and auditing repair orders to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail driven environment and has a solid understanding of repair and maintenance operations.
