What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance customer compliance and support conversion initiatives
- Lead product and sales training, drive engagement, and participate in strategic growth initiatives
- Organize sample development for sales presentations, consumer testing, and food safety assurance
- Maintain technical documentation and product specifications related to R&D
- Provide reporting to measure the impact of culinary activities and support conversion activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong culinary and analytic background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% annually
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supply chain, power BI, or conversion file experience
- Ability to multi-task concurrent projects with quick deadlines
