      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage programs focused on employee experience, talent management, culture, and results
      - Establish partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive program alignment
      - Implement initiatives to advance the company's culture and engagement strategy
      - Support the development of the company's DEIB strategy and initiatives
      - Design and administer employee engagement surveys and provide insights for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of human resources experience
      - Experience in program design, development, management, and evaluation
      - Ability to develop trusted relationships and influence conversations
      - Strong organizational, program management, and analytical skills
      - International experience preferred
      - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and MacBook preferred
      - Bachelor's degree preferred

      - Experience with DEIB programs
      - Prior experience creating and delivering successful talent programs
