What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert inquiries into bookings by recommending itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences that align with guest preferences
- Provide professional assistance for questions, concerns, and booking modifications while upholding the employer's premium brand standards
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the employer's voyages, promotions, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, documenting call activity and guest feedback as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate guest concerns and support promotional campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of cruise products, destinations, and the employer's brand standards
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., POLAR or similar)
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
