      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and compile syllabi from the employer and host institutions
      - Review syllabi to extract key information, including learning outcomes, contact hours, assessment methods, and course content
      - Map study abroad courses to corresponding U.S. university courses or curriculum requirements
      - Maintain accurate and well-organized records of syllabi, curriculum maps, and supporting documentation
      - Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve them

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; coursework or experience in education, international studies, or a related field preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret academic content across disciplines
      - Excellent written communication and document organization skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
      - Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or coursework related to curriculum development or academic review processes
      - Familiarity with study abroad programs or international education
      - Previous experience working with diverse teams or in multicultural environments
