What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and provide curriculum development expertise for resilience and performance enhancement-based curriculum
- Manage the five phases of curriculum development in accordance with industry standards
- Perform curriculum revisions, review pilot content, and develop new learning materials
- Lay the framework for curriculum execution within units and R2 Performance Centers
- Assist other programs with curricula development in a supporting role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, education, or equivalent field
- Minimum of five years of experience in curriculum development
- Knowledge and experience in learning theory, instructional design practices, educational evaluation, and instructional product development
- Must pass a NACI Background Investigation
- Extensive travel required
