      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage curricula tailored to the needs of various programs within the Academy
      - Collaborate with curriculum writers, subject matter experts, and service providers to improve curriculum quality
      - Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
      - Support the optimization of curriculum management processes and contribute to operational guidelines
      - Assist in special projects and stay updated on trends in instructional design and adult learning principles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent to a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative and analytical duties
      - Deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
      - Expertise in ADA compliance and accessibility standards
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar and punctuation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field
      - 2 years of experience designing culturally-responsive and recovery-oriented training programs
      - Experience in coaching and leading teams across various functions
      - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
      - Direct experience with remediation and Universal Design principles
