      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve all assigned issues within defined service level agreements
      - Interpret and translate tickets into actionable items for resolution teams
      - Maintain timely communication with clients using defined channels
      - Curate user feedback data to inform curriculum design changes
      - Investigate and resolve various curriculum maintenance tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of related experience
      - Working experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - General understanding of curriculum concepts
      - Teaching or curriculum experience in K-12 levels or prior customer support experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in instructional, teaching, e-learning, or curriculum-related field
      - Administrative experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Experience with K-12 systems and products
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Salesforce
