      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
      - Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
      - Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries effectively
      - Maintain performance goals while providing exceptional customer service
      - Complete a structured training program to become proficient in processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1+ year work experience in customer service or medical billing
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment handling high volume calls
      - Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and data entry
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or call centers
      - Familiarity with patient interaction regarding medical information
      - Ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote work environment
