  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
  - Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and provide necessary information
  - Evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
  - Handle sensitive information confidentially and document accounts accurately
  - Communicate effectively with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  - Minimum one year of work experience required
  - Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
  - Previous medical experience strongly preferred
  - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
  - Ability to meet deadlines while exercising critical thinking skills
  - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare billing processes
