      Job Description

      As a Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM) at A Place for Mom, you’ll play a critical role in growing our network of senior living community partners. This business development role is focused on identifying, engaging, and signing new community partners - including assisted living, memory care, and retirement communities - that meet APFM’s high standards of care and regulatory requirements.

      You’ll serve as a consultative advisor to executive decision makers, educating them on the value of partnering with APFM and how our services support their occupancy and growth goals.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand APFM’s network of qualified senior living communities
      • Identify, prospect, and engage executive decision makers through targeted outreach and relationship-building
      • Deliver compelling pitches that communicate APFM’s value proposition, services, and partnership model
      • Sign highly qualified communities that align with our customer needs and compliance standards
      • Meet and exceed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) including outreach and new partner signings
      • Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth handoff and strong partner experience
      • Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM tool (Salesforce), and prepare weekly performance reports
      • Travel as needed for field meetings and industry events

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the senior living, healthcare, or housing industries
      • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging new partners
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking to executives and owners
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
      • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
      • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and common business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign)
      • Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory and compliance standards
      • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with sound judgment

      Compensation

      The position is an hourly, non-exempt position.

      • Base Rate: $37.79- $39.22 per hour
      • Bonus $22,500
