- Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of automated email campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, incorporating personalization and dynamic content to maximize engagement.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver relevant messaging across various funnel stages.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations based on engagement and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the design team to develop responsive, mobile-optimized email templates and layouts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), ensuring best practices in subscription management and deliverability.
- With the Media Specialist:
Provide strategic input and QA support on digital marketing assets, including display ads for platforms such as Google, Zillow, and BDX. - With the Senior Director of Digital Marketing:
Architect the planning and execution of landing pages that drive lead capture and improve homebuyer experience across digital campaigns. - With the Social Media and Brand Reputation Lead:
Support engagement efforts by executing social strategies, managing day-to-day interactions, and expanding social reach through coordinated campaigns. - Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and special projects as needed to support customer acquisition goals.

- Analytical: You’re comfortable using data to drive decisions and communicate performance insights.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and a working knowledge of HTML and digital marketing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to write compelling copy and create content that converts.
- Experience with Pardot/Salesforce, marketing automation, and performance analytics preferred.
- Interest or experience in real estate or homebuilding is a plus.
- In-office 4x per week (Mondays through Thursdays) and WFH on Fridays

This achievement highlights Stanley Martin’s growth and success as well as its commitment to its team members and company culture.The Customer Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted email campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce to engage key audiences including prospective buyers, current customers, and real estate agents. This role plays a strategic part in driving lead conversion and improving customer acquisition outcomes through data-driven marketing execution. In addition to email marketing, the role includes cross-channel support across paid media, social, and landing page optimization.
