      Job Description:

      This customer-facing role at Owens & Minor involves working with complex healthcare systems. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate, engage, and provide valuable solutions to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

      - Developing and maintaining strong operational processes and performance with the customer
      - Reacting in a timely manner to information and requests from the customer while on-site
      - Managing and ensuring contract compliance to all terms and conditions
      - Collaborating with off-site personnel to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to the customer
      - Acting as a liaison between the hospital and division department heads to ensure smooth conversions

      Qualifying Experience:

      To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

      - Willingness to perform additional duties as directed
      - Ability to provide backup support to the CEC for certain functions (may not be related to order placement)
      - A bachelor's degree is preferred, but candidates with 3 or more years of experience in a related field will also be considered
      - Previous experience in government supply chain or hospital distribution is preferred
