What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and optimize customer accounts to ensure the best foundation for AI performance
- Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models to achieve high-quality outputs
- Serve as the primary service advisor, delivering actionable insights and performance reviews
- Transform complex data into clear strategic recommendations through presentations and dashboards
- Collaborate with product and account teams to enhance service delivery and customer insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, data-focused role (e.g., technical account management, consulting, or analyst work)
- Experience in data analysis and optimization, preferably within a SaaS or AI environment
- Strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with technical and executive stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in SEO, including keyword strategy and performance analysis
- Experience in digital marketing or campaign performance analysis
- Prior roles in SEO analysis, marketing operations, or conversion optimization
