What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer, process, and document a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests
- Schedule appointments for examinees and maintain ownership of calls
- Research, locate, and provide information to appropriate entities
- Document all call information accurately according to standard operating procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience required
- Ability to work various shifts and hours to cover multiple time zones
- Ability to work as a team member and individual contributor
- Ability to follow standardized process workflow on a daily basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare call center experience preferred
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
