      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct customer journey mapping to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement
      - Analyze customer feedback from various channels
      - Develop customer personas based on demographic data
      - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance customer experiences
      - Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university, plus three years full-time experience in research and/or planning
      - Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
      - Good understanding of graphic design and web technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
      - Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
      - Knowledge of design programs and tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
