      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound sales and service calls from customers shopping from our catalogs and websites
      - Assist customers by placing new orders or servicing existing orders and shipments
      - Answer customer inquiries about store hours, services, and in-store events
      - Connect customers to the appropriate retail store sales associate for merchandise inquiries
      - Navigate multiple desktop and web applications to effectively service customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to genuinely connect with customers in an empathetic and engaging way over the phone
      - Willingness to oversee customer concerns and determine the best solutions
      - Ability to remain calm during challenging customer interactions
      - Fluent in English, both spoken and written (other languages valued)
      - Proficiency with technology, including PCs and online applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or related fields
      - Familiarity with luxury retail environments
      - Previous experience navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
