      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support as the first point of contact for inquiries
      - Accurately document service events and generate work orders for field service engineers
      - Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary
      - Coordinate schedules for Field Service Engineers and maintain communication with customers
      - Process orders, track backorders, and ensure timely delivery of products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service/support environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork
      - Must be a U.S. Person eligible for government clearance and pass a federal background investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce, or other CRM/Field Service software
      - Bilingual capabilities
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Experience in order processing and scheduling/dispatching
