What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and celebrating their successes with products
- Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, answer questions, and address any concerns
- Encourage satisfied customers to share their experiences through online reviews and referrals
- Maintain records of customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure customer needs are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and commitment to solving problems quickly and effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online review management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience using an outbound phone dialer platform
