      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the property management platform
      - Provide accurate troubleshooting and workflow guidance through mastery of product knowledge
      - Handle 14+ customer interactions daily across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
      - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
      - Document customer interactions thoroughly and elevate the customer experience through empathy and problem-solving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
      - Previous customer service and/or property management experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of remote or hybrid work experience
      - Experience in technical customer support
      - Background in property management or accounting/bookkeeping
      - Proven success in high-volume, queue-based environments
      - Familiarity with tools such as Zoom and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
