What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the full lifecycle of all exams, ensuring quality and communication with stakeholders
- Compile and forward exam results and supporting documentation to Medical Review
- Maintain accounts and status updates in systems, running daily reports as necessary
- Coordinate final exam billing with Accounts Payable and network providers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate work requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and database software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Office experience and/or college degree
- 2 years of experience in the Drug Collections or Drug Testing Industry
- Certification as a Qualified Urine Drug Screen Collector
- Medical Review Officer Assistant (MROA) Certification
- Experience as a Qualified Breath Alcohol Technician
