      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely order entry and acknowledgement for customer orders
      - Communicate order status and manage customer expectations proactively
      - Collaborate with plant schedulers to develop cost-effective shop floor schedules
      - Identify and implement process improvements for order fulfillment
      - Mitigate service risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain
      - 3-5 years of experience in customer service within a fast-moving consumer or manufacturing environment
      - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with JDE, Cognos, or Tableau
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manipulate complex data
      - Familiarity with IT systems relevant to the role
