What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inputs from email and JD Edwards Accounts Receivable reporting to process valid customer credits
- Communicate with customers and internal partners to validate non-Trade deductions
- Process Trade deductions and coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to offset deductions in JDE
- Participate in internal meetings to assess customer behaviors related to deductions and communicate efficiency opportunities
- Ensure operational accuracy and customer satisfaction through effective credit issuance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g., Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in JD Edwards preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- APICS certification (or progress toward certification) beneficial
- Strong and creative problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with excellent decision-making abilities
