      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach and instruct agency customers/end users on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services
      - Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
      - Present training using various classroom methodologies, including lectures and online projection
      - Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule
      - Complete department-required reports within established standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Motorola Flex software
      - Valid driver's license required
      - Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check for high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's CJIS Security Policy
      - U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance

      - Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
