What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customers with technical guidance on the employer’s platform in collaboration with Customer Success and Account Management teams
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate any tool/platform-related technical issues while finding solutions with internal teams
- Lead client conversations related to survey execution and provide consultative platform expertise
- Conduct pre-launch checks of client programmed surveys and assist with technical survey edits and optimization
- Launch and execute fieldwork in partnership with the panel operations team and assist clients with post-field services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or other technical roles
- Demonstrated experience with online platforms and tools
- Familiarity with online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and externally with clients
- Fluent in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge as a plus
