      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide outstanding support to members and providers regarding healthcare-related benefits through incoming and outgoing calls
      - Communicate medical information clearly and maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI)
      - Meet key performance indicators and service standards while showing compassion to customers
      - Assemble and enter patient information accurately into the appropriate systems
      - Identify crisis calls and respond with appropriate resources, facilitating routine referrals as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience
      - Must be able to talk and type simultaneously with attention to detail
      - Flexibility in scheduling and comfort with an ever-changing customer service environment
      - Proficiency in keyboard functions and navigation between multiple computer applications
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or healthcare setting
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree
