      Customer Experience Communications Lead

      Description -

      We are seeking a talented and strategic Customer Experience (CX) Communications Lead to drive and manage communications for HP’s customer experience program. This role will ensure alignment across our corporate CX narrative, foster engagement with HP's global CX community, and amplify the impact of our CX initiatives on customers. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner with a passion for enhancing customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Corporate Narrative: Develop and manage a compelling corporate CX narrative that aligns with HP’s vision, mission, and customer-centric goals.

      • Executive Communication: Create and maintain messaging frameworks, presentation materials, and talking points for executive leaders to effectively communicate the CX program's value and priorities.

      • Community Engagement: Drive a consistent drumbeat of communication and engagement with HP’s global CX community, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and building momentum for CX initiatives.

      • Engagement Channels: Organize and lead regular forums, newsletters, webinars, and other engagement channels to keep the CX community informed and inspired.

      • Campaign Development: Develop and execute campaigns to showcase the tangible impact of HP’s CX efforts on customers, using storytelling, data visualization, and customer testimonials.

      • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including articles, case studies, infographics, videos, and presentations, tailored to diverse audiences.

      • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product management, marketing, and sales, to align messaging and elevate CX initiatives.

      • Leadership Support: Support senior leaders by providing insights, data, and materials for CX-related communications.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

      • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, customer experience, or related roles, preferably in a global organization.

      • Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives that engage diverse audiences.

      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

      • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-first mindset.

      • Knowledge of customer experience principles and practices is a strong advantage.
