      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, update, and maintain dashboards for customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and churn
      - Serve as the primary coordinator for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring timely completion
      - Analyze customer behavioral trends to support churn reduction strategies
      - Assist in project coordination and process development within the CX and Account Management teams
      - Compile and maintain an updated library of standard responses and product collateral for proposals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, analytics, or a related discipline
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalents
      - Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
      - Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
      - Tableau certification or willingness to complete certification within 6–12 months
