      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop the "Customer Journey" and time-map the experience for guests
      - Customize content needs for each group working with third-party vendors
      - Oversee all hosting needs for guests, including food and transportation
      - Ensure the physical space is always clean and presentable
      - Manage a team of six CEC Ambassadors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multiple markets
      - Ability to create and manage processes
      - Experience in event operations and client relations
      - Expertise in guest experience and hospitality
      - Willingness to travel internationally for site visits and event execution during the Olympics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on large-scale events, particularly the Olympic Games
