      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and facilitate interactions with residential customers regarding billing, repair, and retention
      - Act as a primary point of contact for customers, taking ownership of interactions through to completion
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and general account inquiries over the phone
      - Communicate account information effectively with a focus on first-call resolution
      - Offer products and services on every call when applicable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a High School Diploma or GED
      - 0-2 years of relevant work experience
      - Exceptional communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use multiple tools and systems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or customer service role
      - Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
