The Customer Experience Representative will act as a front-line contact for the internal and external customers. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service experience regarding Raypak whole goods and parts orders. Support is provided by accepting and processing orders, coordinating with shipping, production control, and warehouse teams to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements, and assisting customers with product selection, order tracking, problem resolution, and warranty questions via phone and email. Also responsible for handling customer escalations and providing expert subject matter support for customers (internal and external) and the Partner Services Team.
This position will serve our Raypak Pool Division, located in Ft. Myers, FL.
WHAT YOU’LL DO-
· Represents Customer Service for Order Management or other major functional areas.
· Perform various administrative duties as it pertains to customer service such as answering general correspondence, handling customer inquiries, technical issues, shipping changes, and interpreting, coordinating, and processing customer orders.
· Effectively coordinate the sales function with Accounting, Scheduling, Shipping, Production Control, and other departments as needed, eliminating delays and facilitating prompt deliveries.
· Properly document phone calls and emails.
· Works closely with the plants and warehouses to ensure proper order placement for effective use of production resources.
· Receive, enter, change, or cancel orders received through email, EDI, or other digital channels.
· Properly document all orders from all channels.
· Track orders and work with production, shipping, warehouses, and carriers to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
· Facilitate 3rd party logistics order processing including interfacing with carriers and scheduling pickups.
WHAT YOU NEED-
· Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma
· Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
· Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
· May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Previous Customer Service Experience
HOW TO STAND OUT-
· Proficiency in entering and retrieving data from order management system.
· Ability to solve problems in variable situations.
· Advanced mathematical skills including the ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to work independently on projects and initiatives.
