      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle customer inquiries regarding dental insurance plans through inbound and outbound calls
      - Ensure a positive customer experience by following established service processes
      - Build customer relationships by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries in real-time
      - Recognize when to escalate issues for resolution and identify opportunities for improving customer experience
      - Utilize various systems and applications to navigate customer interactions effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent
      - Experience in call centers, customer service, and/or dental insurance preferred
      - Strong typing skills and ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet browsers
      - Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a dental insurance environment
      - Familiarity with dental terminology and related coursework
